Great black metal band from Sweden. They have a new album coming out next month, and I know there's a few fans around here already, so I think they deserve their own thread. Also, I thought we could carry on the chat we're having in the metal in general thread, in here?

Yessss. I love them. And Kvarforth is highly underrated as a vocalist I think.

I watched an interview with them once and just seemed so awkward... The vocalist really doesn't like interviews i'm guessing cause he was jsut saying everything that would make it difficult for the interviewer, although still quite interesting to watch
I;ve only heard the stuff on their myspace, will ahve to check out some of their full albums methinks.

Im liking the atmosphere of the keyboard playing.
Damn this is depressive music. (which is useful)

Shining is awesome, im more into the Norwegian Shining that plays avant garde prog music, but this band is def up there, great musicians.
Their album with Hellhammer is my favorite, i have idea what the name is, number 3 i think

Kvarforth certainly gives the impression he doesn't like interviews.. but I think secretly he really enjoys them.

I don't think it is actually.. It doesn't seem to be in the Swedish dictionary..
Emissarie translates as emissary though.

Well I'm assuming it's something along the lines of 'self-destructive'.
