On Insurrection, is anyone else reminded of the guy on the cover of Ascendancy when Heafy is talking in that low voice? : "Ascend to the Heavens, to destroy them all" ...I can see that thing singing this part for some reason, then flying up to purge the shit out of heaven during the solo!

The intro to Insurrection is nearly identical to the intro to The Enemy on that Roadrunner United CD. Anyone else notice that?
Anyway, favourites would be Insurrection, Down From the Sky, Shogun, Upon the Shores, He Who Spawned the Furies and The Calamity. But overall the album is amazing.
If this doesn't shut the Trivium haters up nothing will.

The guitar feedback kinda sounding noises leading into the drumming is similar but the riffs sound different

Volume swell is pretty old, I'm pretty sure almost every metal band has used it at least once...

Man, I'm going fucking insane! The abum releases here tomorrow but I don't know if I want to either wait and buy it or just go and listen to it right now on the official website. I've been planning on buying the special edition. Should I wait?

There will always be people who don't like Trivium, but the least they could do is give them a bit of respect
