I can respect if people dont like the band if they aint fans of their style of playing metal.

im seeing a lot of haters changing their opinions on trivium because of shogun. looks like they'll be exploding back into the spotlight

They never were really in any 'good' spotlight.

It's because they are realising Trivium is full of win!

It's completely acceptable to dislike a band; I dislike many bands that would be considered 'good' (yes Mattie, I'm talking about Suffocation ). The problem is when one gets immature about it and hates on a band unnecessarily. Fair play if you don't like something, no need to knock it or the people who listen to it though.

But yeah, I hate the attitude that some people have that is "You like Trivium so you're a poser!".. I've had it sorta happen to me once (Remember that Trivium Suck Myspace? hahaha They somehow decided to pick on me there)
But I dont need someone to tell me what I can or can not like. Nor does anyone!

I went to go buy the album at our target and it was sold out on october 1st. It was only out for 1 day.

That's why I think it's good the band posted the pictures of them holding up the "boat! rudder!" signs from that YouTube vid. Shows they've got a sense of humour and aren't bothered by all the rubbishing
