I mean ifyour going to hold it with a crunshy down picking style, I sudgest you take the black.

I'd go with White. Only problems with white is any small dings show up, or other flaws in the finish.

Well, I got my guitar today. And it was a fucking battle getting it, but I pulled through. And I chose the Egyptian Smoke, and I couldn't be happier. It suits me perfectly, and the color mixes great with black shirts. I'll post some pictures tomorrow, also my band is playing this Thursday in front of the local high school here. My bass player's dad will be getting it on DVD so I'll upload a song or two to You tube so you guys can watch.

Does your MM have the D-sonics in it or the other pickups that the first models had? I've heard some strange things about D-sonics. Well the guy in my local shop was teling me if you move them side to side, or reverse them, they sound totally different. They have some kind of weird feature about them like that. Apparently its fairly annoying form what the owner said. But he says the guitars play great, which I'm sure they do! I haven't had a chance to tryone yet, however.

Kick ass, I always wanted to see how anubis sounded like. How do they sound like actually?

My music man as the normal John Petrucci DiMarzios, No DSonic. I'm glad because I NEVER drop D. And try one of these guitars as soon as possible, they're amazing.

Hmmm, well imagine a Iced Earth/Iron Maiden sound with Kamelot style singing (Not as smooth though) with the use of the middle eastern scale in a lot of the riffs.
