Okay i am having a hard time just understanding Sweep picking i mean a close friend tried to explain it..but it sorta went over my help does anyone care to help? |

Its basically just a scale/or a chord shape. And you play down it note at a time and back up it note at a time. Played slow its just gonna sound like a standard scale but if you get em up to speed then they can be used to a devastating effect |

This vid is probably my favorite one out there on sweep picking and it was the one that I started learning with...Technique for both hands is demonstrated perfectly in this... |
