As i walk through the valley where i harvest my grain, i take a look at my wife and realsie she's very plain
That's just perfect for an Amish like me, you know i shun fancy things like electricity.

haha
they're actually german, for the most part. their own language is very similar to german, as well. it's called Pennsylvania-dutch(deutsch) where I lived
anyways, I don't particularly care for amish people. especially because a lot of them participate in incest and molest their children. nonetheless, they live in absolute shit conditions, too. but yeah, rest in peace to those of whom lost their lives

There is actually Amish communities in the UK, quite a large one near where I live actually
A guy from there went to my college, he was slightly odd, and a coffee machine completely confuses him because of their lack of technology, but in all he is really nice guy
On the outside I think the amish way of life looks really idilic and peaceful little house on the praire type of thing, but reading the paper the other day it seems like one of the most strict religions I have ever heard of!

I heard something on the radio the other day about how at a certain age they are allowed to go out and experience the real world, drinking and fucking about i suppose and something like 90% go back to the amish way of life after it.

Well obviously most of them would go back because if they would leave then most likely their family would shun them and they could never ever have contact with them anymore.
