Yeh im using a multi port, but for some reason the modem doesnt work at all when i plug it straight into the back of the comp. Hmmmm ill try again later. Im downloading more anti spyware stuff and gonna try using the cable they supplied with the modem but they dont always work either. Stupid cheap ass AOL broadband :x Cheers n e ways |

I'm still having a problem with accessing my CD drive to burn programs onto it, here is a screen shot |

I had this problem before, i had to unplug the CD drive and then plug it back in again, did the trick for me.. |

If you open your computer up, you'll find the CD drive, cant miss it, unplug the wires at the back and then simply plug them back in. |

take the side off ur comp, pull out the grey wide cable and then plug it bk in. |

ye turn it off. if i were u i'd unplug the CD player, boot it up, shut it down, plug it in and reboot again. that way the comp can completely clear itself of it and then start a fresh |
