Awesome! I'll have to go buy it now!

Aww you don't like 'em? I think they look awesome, 'cept on the Dean V's... The really old ones, they look so odd...

I still don't like Corey with a dean, the jackson suited him so well....
I'm not overly sure about Jackson and their artist support etc, but form what i know Gibson only really give a fuck about Zakk Wylde and the other ledgendary players that are with them.

The Jackson was great. Aslong as they're not playing ESP's i'm happy.
True, but Gibson are usually trying to appeal to a different type of musician. Don't get me wrong, a lot of metal musicians like Gibson (Matt and his Les Paul Supreme) but they are not a company who design guitars for metal music unlike Dean. So no wonder bands like Trivium (And pretty much anyone who isn't Slash...) are supported less

I've heard mixed stories about the Jackson shop for artists.Jim from Slipknot said it wasn't anything special, and that they were pretty snooty about everything he wanted.Marc and Joey from A Dozen Furies tell me all the time that Jacksons artist relations people are incredible and very friendly(Marc played Ibanez for years before switching).Jackson does not give guitars to artists for free.None of them.Dean does, and they will make whatever you want so I think Corey was smart to switch to Deans.

Jackson used to look after their artists better before they were taken over by Fender. now they follow the almighty $ and only give guitars out to bands who are likely to remain loyal and will whore them out in adverts. hence BFMV using RR1s. which is shit cos BFMV are a bunch of sell out metal wannabes, however, the 12 year olds love them so Jackson reckon they make a cheap buck from them.
Trivium got too big too fast and Jackson missed a chance with Corey. apparantly they tried the snooty approach when Corey went to them, adn it got to the poiint that when Dean approached the band, the deal looked much sweeter for the MLs and Razorbacks (correct me if i'm wrong here Paolo).

I dunno guys...Matt w/o his Les Paul is like James Hetfield w/o his Explorer, just doesn't look right! As for Corey, the King V all the way, no contest! Soundwise, I've seem them live with both combos and IMO they sound better with Jackson/Gibson. Then again a lot of things can affect the sound. Oh well I hope Matt will still break out his trademark black beauty once in a while...

Corey B has spoken! 8)
Long time, no see dude.
Wow, that sounds quite shite about that. The most important thing I a company could do is at least support their customers. O well those Jacksons were sexy. 8) Cant wait to see the new dean's, wow... you will be the first to use them, sweet!
And a cooler V is worth it if its more better then the classic v. 8)
