Everyone should give each track a number out of 10. I wanna have a better idea of what everyone elese thinks of the album.

I downloaded it and I really love the title track and the calamity is awesome. I will buy this album as soon as it's released(I'll get hard feelings if I don't).

It's pretty damn good. Not sure if it's better than Ascendancy, but I can surely tell that it kicks the crusade right in the face!

Im going to Review a little deeper later but i have now listened to each track 3 times(Not including Kirisute Gomen, Down from the sky and Into the mouth of hell)

I think ITMOFH is the worst song, but its still a good song.
Shogun and Torn between or simply brilliant and there best songs yet.

This is so awesome!!! I was all like bring back ascendancy screw the crusade. but the thrash vocals and screaming on this own. the thrash vox sound so more natural and less forced. and OMG shogun!!! the acoustic bit sounds like it's from a big feature production. the whole album is godly!

No 10's, overall the album is a 10 though, every song I can find a little something I feel could have been improved, but then again thats true with most songs ever written. After hearing the whole album Into the Mouth of Hell we March is my least favorite song probably, Throes of Perdition has been stuck in my head since I first hear the album, torn between is amazing. The only issue I have is there's certain lines where the lyrics are delivered kind of awkwardly and the word choice in certain situations I feel could be better. I'll give another review in a week once the albums had some time to sink in. Undoubtedly an amazing album, The title track is unbelievable, Trivium has finally found their sound. Though its obviously way to early to start talking about it, I feel like after this they can only get better, their next album should be fucking amazing.

kirisute gomen // 7,5 out of 10
i dig the intro alot,from the acoustic to the first riff coming along with the drums as the vocals start...the rough vocals are nice (instead of the normal singing voice)..and so are the screams,good solo to go with it.
torn between scylla and charybis // 8,5 out of 10
wonderful intro riff (and outro),gave me goosebumps the first time i listened to it...the song has a nice chorus...my favorite part of the song starts around the 2:55 mark,where the instruments build up to the solo...with a beautiful solo to finish it off.
one of the best songs on the album.
down from the sky // 8,0 out of 10
one of the first songs released,and with good reason,if you ask me..nice and heavy...really enjoy the vocals in this song...normally not a fan of breakdowns,but this one is implemented nicely..being my favorite part as the "annihilate" scream gets unleashed.
into the mouth of hell we march // 6,5 out of 10
one of the weakest songs on the album,but not bad by any means....the sing along chorus is a bit too much for me,however the heavier parts of the song make up for it.
throes of perdition // 7,0 out of 10
again,nice intro (seems to be a theme on this album)...i would have liked it a little more if there wasn't as much clean singing,it would have had alot of potential if those weren't used as much on this one..when matt screams before the solo starts is a nice touch.
insurrection // 8,5 out of 10
one of the heavier ones on here.....it really starts being epic around the 2:15 mark when it starts building up to the climax...with some of matt's lowest growls to follow..definitely has my approval.
the calamity // 8,0 out of 10
some nice riffs in here...i especially love the ones being played while matt starts screaming before the chorus starts...everything compliments each other nicely in this song....a really fucking nice build up around the 3 minute mark with the instruments playing along furiously to accompany the screams..especially that part has earned this a higher mark.

he who spawned the furies // 6,5 out of 10
have a little mixed feelings about this song...might need to grow on me...there is nothing particularly wrong with this song..decent vocals,guitar,drums,bass..etc..just nothing out the ordinary..a nice touch near the end,but that's about it.
of prometheus and the crucifix // 9,0 out of 10
one of the best clean vocals of the album,in my opinion....nicely flowing song,good build up to the chorus...beautiful riffs...some nice varied growling to make it even more intense...one of my favorite solo's on this album..overall pretty darn impressive.
like callisto to a star in heaven // 8,5 out of 10
my definite favorite chorus of the entire album...absolutely perfect fit for the song..the small speaking parts matt does when he says the "like callisto to a star in heaven" part.. are an interesting touch to the song....but for me,the chorus makes this song...very beautifully done.
shogun // 9,2 out of 10
the best song on this album,and the best song trivium has ever done....when the clean vocals come in,they sound the best as they have ever been..especially in the middle of the song portays a side of matt not seen before,and probably not alot would expect..the soft parts are very calm and beautiful...every instrument comes together perfectly....the soft parts are beautifully melodic..and the heavier parts are more furious than ever,especially at the end....epic song.

This is fucking amazing. Every song kicks ass. Shogun [song] is the best thing they have ever written. Of Prometheus & The Crucifix, Like Callisto to a star in heaven and Insurrection are my favorites for now... ITMOHWM is definitely the weakest song, but I still like it alot. Overall - 9/10.
