He has it mic'd (however you spell that). You would have a considerably different tone if it were running through an amp. Plus if you're good with an acoustic and you have a well built guitar you can get that kind of sound and sustain. |

Either way that was sick as hell, everytime i look at my acoustic now, ill think, "If i try real hard....." |
