Posts: 1957 Member #: 13,082 Joined: 09/16/2009	There weren't enough options. an "okay" option would've been nice. I'm not a bigfan of Thrash, but i like to listen to Anthrax and Slayer now and again..... But i ahd to vote no because the no outweighs the yes and there isnt an okay.

Besides the Bay Area Germany produced the rest of the best thrash bands. Sodom, Kreator, Destruction, Overkill..England produced some good shit too such as Onslaught and Xentrix and Sabbat. Anyone ever head of a band called Laaz Rockit? They are a hugely ignored / underrated band from the Bay Area scene.

I was very surprised when I first heard them because I thought they'd be some dodgy glam band going by the name.. how wrong I was! Sabbat's first two albums were brilliant, hugely underrated band... just a pity about that dodgy third album... apparently Martin Walkyier has expressed a desire to work with The Meads Of Asphodel in the future 8) Anyone heard Desaster? German black/thrash band, they're very Sodom influenced with more extreme metal vocals and the odd pseudo-medieval guitar melody... I'm going to see them for the second time early next month
