It's inserting ones penis into the foramen magnum at the base of the skull and fucking the shit out of it for pleasure and dommination. I actually think that it is two words. Also there is the eye orbital way where you just have to remove the eye and not the entire head, but that's the wussy way. Also there is a 7 string riff after the intro of the song, unless that was only Paolo just 2 octaves lower and not the guitar too, but I doubt it.
