I agree, I just chose the top 5 bands I've been listening to lately.. completely leaving out a lot of my favorite albums. I just came up with this thread on the fly so I didn't give my list much thought, I'll have to do so later.

( basically anything from/with Infernus, exept "A sorcery written in Blood", which sounds lame... STILL, I have it on vinyl na nana nana na Enslaved - Frost ( Ruun is my favourite, with Isa right behind, but I wouldn't classify them as black metal) Nortt - Gudsforladt.... great album, not a very recognised musician though. Mayhem - Ordo ad chao, de mysteriis dom sathanas.... I love atilla's vocals Windir - 1184, I think that's the most "black metal"ish, or kvlt if you like Trelldom - Til Minne.... Gaahl's vocals are one of my alltime favourites. Vintersorg - Solens Rötter, if you can classify it as black metal TO JAYSIN: and on that note, how can you call Origin black metal? Great album nevertheless! Borknagar - Empiricism Emperor - In The Nightside Eclipse ----- I could go on and on..... but this needed to be done!
