Trivium World Membership Query

So I was interested in buying the Trivium World Membership Pack for $30 and was wondering, on the ordering screen, it says PayPal/MasterCard, and it has a hyperlink next to it which give you this PDF,

So my question is, do I need to print out the PDF? Is it important?
