fuck me man! this second cipher is ridiculous. i've used every possible cipher method that i know and still nothing. ceasar's square, vigenere chart, pigpen, etc. and still it doesn't make sense. so far the only thing i've deduced is that the letter Q appears back to back four times in the text. which leads me to believe it is either OO, LL, EE, TT, NN, MM, or any of those letters that you can double up. OO or EE seems more reasonable considering that the double Q's are either preceded or exceeded by the letter R. AH FUCK!!!!!!

There is one type of cipher you have to decrypt first, and then a second cipher to reveal the answer.

Just solved the second and the information is really wicked cool..

Nope, but i'll assume i have to unless otherwise told? Feel free to not beleive me but it did give me a bit more of a challenge than the other one..
