fuck me man! this second cipher is ridiculous. i've used every possible cipher method that i know and still nothing. ceasar's square, vigenere chart, pigpen, etc. and still it doesn't make sense. so far the only thing i've deduced is that the letter Q appears back to back four times in the text. which leads me to believe it is either OO, LL, EE, TT, NN, MM, or any of those letters that you can double up. OO or EE seems more reasonable considering that the double Q's are either preceded or exceeded by the letter R. AH FUCK!!!!!!

Buddy - look back a page - Luke gave us a clue.
A few of them.
There is one type of cipher you have to decrypt first, and then a second cipher to reveal the answer.

Lol Luke musta thought of something after all.
Still, it doesn't give me any motivation to finish it... got stuck at the sum Luke gave us for the alignment. I failed maths lol.

There are two different encryptions. You need to use one particular cipher first, and then another one (sorry, I have no idea which one, or if it's the same, maybe ask Laverna) to get the correct answer.
Luke posted a few keys and handy hints a page or two back.
