MASK
Heathcliff
ThunderCats
He-Man "BY THE POWER OF GREYSKULL!"
Transformers
Scooby Doo (though I believe that was in existence well before)
There's a bunch, and I'm sure most have been mentioned. I remember some of the daytime TV greats, as well, such as..
The A-Team
Knight Rider
Airwolf
Dallas
Tour Of Duty
I remember some of the Nicklodeon programming, as well
You Can't Do That On Television
Kids, Incorporated
And I remember some cheesy series about this kid who restores a 57 Chevy, and the ghost of the previous owner comes along to guide him along in life, or some sappy horseshit like that. Can't think of the name of it, offhand. I also remember the "Nick Or Treat" promotions.
But, most importantly of all, I still remember the original Headbanger's Ball on MTV, back in the days when it was actually worthy (granted, it had a fair amount of glam crap, but still, it's the first place I ever saw a King Diamond video).
Topping it off, you had Countdown to the Ball, which was pretty much like an extra hour of Metal. And I remember the beginning of the end of that, when the #1 video on the Countdown to the Ball was Blind Melon's "No Rain". After that, everything went downhill, and Headbanger's Ball was soon replaced by 120 Minutes, which, in turn was replaced by Alternative Nation.

Yeah, I hated the whole Grunge thing. And all the people who thought they knew my musical tastes (but didn't) kept getting me that fucking Stone Temple Pilots album. I think the only two bands in that whole scene I was ever able to get into were Alice In Chains and Temple of the Dog.
I also remember when MTV got a bunch of complaints about the "Nailed To the Gun" video from Fight. People who couldn't recognize Rob Halford just saw a lead singer with a shaved head, and then, at the end of the video, you saw the crowd reaching out to Rob, but it could've been very easily misinterpreted as them giving a Nazi salute. So all these people who didn't know that Fight was Rob Halford's project called or wrote in to MTV complaining because they thought MTV had started broadcasting white power music
