Updates on Account Issues

Hey folks, been working out a few issues with the site. We know there are still some issues with logging in, with being asked to upgrade, and with getting exclusive content messages when you're a paid member. Please make sure you try the below first.

If you are having trouble logging in, please try the methods here first.

If you can log in, but you're still getting asked to upgrade and cannot view any fanclub content, please use the Feedback tab at the left of every page on the site. Include your username and email address. We will look into your account for you.

For all billing inquiries please contact triviumworld@artistarena.com.

We've also rolled out some new features in the forum area in the last couple of days. Hope you like 'em!

I still cant log in with my old account, it tells me i need to upgrade, ive already paid for my membership im not paying again, tried all the methods none of them worked

What the hell is going on here? I lost out on the last week of my membership which has now expired and doesn't seem to have renewed automatically. I have reported this and received no response whatsoever.

I am trying to log into the website to check the states. However, I can't log in for some reason.
I've tried it over and over again but i couldn't do it.

My membership may have expired while I was having trouble logging in.
Do I still need to sign up again as a new member, or can I renew my 3rd year stage membership?

and when i tried to sign up, my previous email didn't work. so i tried with a different one.
what should i do??

I cant log in to my old account. I have tried with trivium-usename, username, email. I come in but i cant get in to special there it says i have to upgrade my account. But i know that im a member!
