Upon the Shores

"Upon the Shores" could be the best track Trivium have ever made IMO. I really dig the grind growls that Matt does. Ive never heard him growling like this. Even live.

Actually, he's starting to now, and he's even sprinkling them through out all of Trivium's songs, including Ascendancy! Here's a recent show with Pull Harder that someone posted in the other forum.

Holy crap! I am now desperate to see Pull Harder live. Matt's vocals have become beyond awesome!
And Upon The Shores is definitely the best out of Shogun's bonus tracks - such that I think it could have gone on the actual album. The others are still amazing though.

Hearing Matt do gutturals made me cry first time
I love Upon the Shores.
My eyes must have been missing silver coins!

Song is great, but I think its best left as a bonus track due to its 'feel' isn't the same as the other songs on the album.
I think broken one, vengence, upon the shores and the poison, knife and the noose should all be on a seperate release as a bonus CD or something. Same with Demon, Sworn and The storm.
ALL are awesome tracks

Yeah hah... I was going to wait but I got impatient. Also, seeing this makes me think Trivium might incorporate growls into their music on the next album. It's a long shot but it would be so awesome!
