What is going on?

The new site went up in my last week of my TW subscription. During this week I had no TW privileges. My subscription has now expired and hasn't automatically renewed. What is going on? I reported it using the feedback tab but I haven't received a reply. When are you guys gonna sort this out?

hey there chewbob, theres some feedback from artest arena today RE accounts i will update you, if you had your account on auto-renew you will need to renew again on the new system but you will still keep your account time

RE the content we are working to migrate this over now as there is many Gb of video to move and post :)

Thanks for the reply! So do I just upgrade to fan club and I will continue as a 2nd year TW subscriber with this 2nd year member kit I was told about in my reminder email?

Im a bit confused too... my first year subscription is due to run out 30th October, & ive had the e-mail warning me my subscription is expiring and all the info about the 2nd year subscription,

wondered how i make sure it renews, along with making sure woteva billing details r correct.. if any are still held from the first sub.. etc etc.

@pugh06: You should be okay on auto-renewals. Artist Arena, the new fan club company, has all the data from the old fan club company and you should be taken care of.

HOWEVER, should you try to log in on November 1st and have an issue, please contact triviumworld@artistarena.com with your full name and the email associated with your Trivium World account.

@Jeremy Rosen: oh ok thx dude... one question though, i think its quite poss the credit card i used to start up my account this time last year has expired.. anywhere specific i can check and/or change the details?

I've tried the hyperlink to "my account" section it directs u to in the e-mail reminder , but its a link to the old site and doesnt work... thanks again.
