Location: Blackpool, Lancashire Posts: 18 Member #: 10,812 Joined: 09/01/2009	Sent artistarena an e-mail and got a nice swift reply... but still havent been able to check or enter new billing details for my renewal (which is tomorrow) ?.. the link they gave me was to a different site and i cant log in.. says username or password is incorrect.? im awaiting another reply from them to see if they can help, but i havent had one yet and my membership is due to renew 2moro.... Im kinda worried it wont renew ... and i Really dont want this to happen as I dont wanna miss out on the 2nd year subscription pack etc.. Has any1 recently changed their billing details or anything and could help me?? :S cheers.

Location: Rochester, NY Posts: 343 Member #: 10,500 Joined: 09/01/2009	hey i have a quick question. the new site went up (i know it's been a while but whatever) and it says that i'm just a basic member but as i go through my bank statements it shows that the $30.00 was taken out of my account for the yearly renewal of my membership here. huh? can any mod or "person incharge" help me out and tell me what's going on lol thanx ;)
