Posts: 18 Member #: 11,596 Joined: 09/15/2009	i love all the tracks so far, its pretty rare that you can say that about an album, but this and ascendancy are well worth listening to from start to finish but yeah, my faves so far (in no particular order) are= throes of perdition - nice fast middle section he who spawned the furies - another nice fast double kick part like callisto to a star in heaven - fun to jam on guitar with, sweet chorus kirisute gomen - awesome opening track torn between scylla and charybdis - this one really has it all, sweet intro/outro, aweosme chorus and killer solos.

Right now it has to be either HE WHO SPAWNED THE FURIES or OF PROMETHEUS AND THE CRUCIFIX. But I'm FAR from decided. The more I listen the more things grow on me so we'll see after I hear these songs on my mindblowingly bass-packin fuck-you stereo. : D Only then, on full blast. Will we truly know. The upside here is that my Mom actually likes Trivium. So there should be no volume complaints from her. LOL. The neighbors can just stfu and deal with it. : \|... Cough

Location: Portland, OR Posts: 216 Member #: 10,503 Joined: 09/01/2009	in my opinion insurrection is hands down the best trivium song ever. its got a little bit of everything trivium in it. the intro and verse sounds like a song that could have been on the crusade, but is better than anything on the crusade. i also love that anthem/80's sounding riff during the pre chorus. the break down is fucking insane, and the solo section is as well.
