Cheers for getting rid of the old forum wankers. This one looks shit. Almost all old posts have gone.

I HATE Trivium but that forum was cool. So consider me out, fucktards.

I fear that a lot of the old '.org' regulars will not frequent this place anymore, which is a real shame.

We had a cool thing there, and we just thought we were getting updated? Yeh, i knew it wouldnt be like that.

I was unaware of how much content would be lost due to the server migration. I knew the .org boards were being merged with triviumworld.. However I was under the impression that the boards would be restored correctly.

Unfortunately that's not the case, and the users who are not happy with the new site will be lost.

It's an end of an era, for a lot of people.

The old forum wasnt just like a small forum. It was a strong community for a few of us. Id been about for almost 4 years, and its just been taken from us.

I've never really posted much on .org but I'm definitely part of the tight knit community on TriviumWorld and it seems to me like this place will be a better place without you. As far as I'm concerned, these people worked extremely hard on the new site and are a great bunch of people. Where do you get off insulting people for trying to make this place better for you?

Dan's not having a go at the people behind the change so much as the change itself, and as far as I'm concerned he's right. This change may be good for the Triviumworld community but its shite for the trivium.org/board community, much of which was independant from Trivium the band, which seems to have been completely ignored by merging it with the fanclub.

Its fair enough that its happened, but its fucking ruined the place for some of us. And the board software seems to be vastly inferior to the old as well.

yes there are a lot of changes here on the forums, and we know we've rocked the boat but its a positive change, although that hasent nessicarily manifested itself just yet, we have a whole host of features on the way pertaining exclusivly to the forum as this whole site is 100% bespoke, which means we have the abillity to add in features that are needed and even new features specific to our needs !

i totally get that some will not be happy with the new look right now, but all i can say is that it is a work in progress

i have placed reports about some of the content being missing we still have a full backup so if worst comes to worst if re-quired we can relay the forum content, as we are aware there are alot of things missing like stickies and good forum common forum features like signatures private messages post counts dates last submited content etc etc etc .. basically go look at any forum if you see somthing we should have post it up !

I just pretty much sent a billion page dossier on what we need for the forums to the devs so hopefully this will come to fruition soon, once we are happy with it we will send out an email to the community, as some will plainly fall off the face of the forum, as to be expected with any major forum change

so please dont put this down as a done deal, but i respect how you feel, jees i HATE change for 99% of the time hehe, even the loss of my regular seat on the bus wiill cause me to scorn at the person in it lol !!

anyway i digress, so to sum up. this is defo not it .. if there's something you don't like great ! as honda say hate something change something ! hehe we want to know what you think of-course but more importantly we want to know why and what we need to include to make a happy strong community ! :)

Anyhow .. sorry for the long post lol you can go back to your lives now :P

No disrespect to any mods, admins, or designers but this forum looks like shit.

I loved Trivium.org and now it's been totally destroyed like Germany into Poland. I hate to say this, but I might have to leave. The close knit community that I grew to knew and become friends with, friends from all over the world, not just loving Trivium but metal(and not just metal) in general is gone.

The new site is shit, but what the fuck are you doing here if you "HATE" Trivium? You won't be missed, and neither will the rest of your buddies. You don't belong here.
