It's obvious that they've got a completely new style, one that i don't like.. so there's no point me listening to the rest of it.
Happy now?
I'm curious as to why you would enter a forum of discussion pertaining only to an album you don't like.

If you look at my registration date, you'll see i was here long before the release of the crusade.
I was actually here for ascendancy.
Whats up dustin?
Struggling to handle negataive opinions?
Oh noes.

Negative opinions is one thing. But tbh people on a band's forum dont want to see negative comments.. if they did they will go to Blabbermouth.
I would say The Crusade and Becoming The Dragon are quite technical.
And Sadness Will Sear may be slower and simpler.. but it's played on a 7 stringer.. it's got one of the more heavier sounds on the album.

the crusade is the obvious winner. aside from that, i'd say contempt

You must not be much of a music connoisseur if you don't listen to the whole album before you judge it musically. So until you do so, I'm going to go ahead and assume you don't know what you're talking about.
I'm going with The Crusade.

In order for fans to be fans they need to hear the other side of the spectrum. Otherwise, if you don't see both sides of any arguement, everybody looking at you from another persepective will think you're cocky and one sided. They don't want to hear it because sometimes people don't want to hear the truth, mey the truth be opinion or not.

I don't mind negative opinions, but what I do mind is when they're brought about with an extremely large amount of stupidity or excessiveness it's annoying. K, we get it, you don't like the crusade, move along. Hearing the same shit outta the same person over and over again is just dumb.
What you're saying here is that you can't be a fan of the band unless there's people disagreeing with you. The truth is whether the crusade is good or not, is an opinion. Now you can either be intellectually discussing opinions, or you can be posting like a close minded dumb ass. I see both sides, it's all the manner in which you approach posting a conflicting opinion.

For me it has got to be The Crusade instrumental.. there are some cool technical sections in that song.
