(not directed to the OP) the vocals are much better than ascendancy's anyway (not to say i dont like the vocals there), from what ive heard, it makes the band sound so much better so who cares if some people think they are trying to rip off Metallica. let it go

Posts: 224 Member #: 13,407 Joined: 09/15/2009	tbh i think they dont sound like metallica on bit, trivium are so much more heavier and technical, metallica did the songs from not looking up to noone so you cant say they copied but trivium they dont just like metallica they like shit loads of bans so its all the influences mixed into one which i think is great

First they support a band and push them to the top, then they suddenly turn there back on them and lie about them and all that. Just like they did with guns n roses in the 90s. And i guess for all the "fans" of the screaming vocals that are so single minded that they dont want anything else. i guess there knowledge of matt liking metallica is the best thing they can come up with to show there hate for the change in style. Hopefully after the initial month of album release people will forget and actually accept the album and let trivium do there new thing.
