I decided to start not a poll, but a free speech of WHY people really like trivium.
*kinda nerdy, but the good kind*
Trivium's music is fucking amazing, every part of the band gives a little somthing to the songs they produce, their bass, treble and fantastic beats. Their songs not only make you listen to them over and over again, but their full of the best lyrics to come together, not like other band which they only sing/scream about one thing "death,blood,killing,murder" trivium produces songs with meaning and a story behind it all.

they sound fucking amazing...ummm...i like trivium cause thses are one of the few bands from our era that i like and i feel like part of something big ...that will get bigger over time...... so i fell like when there in their prime ...i'll say to myself i was there from the begining

I like Trivium because they play thrash metal, and thrash metal is my favorite genre. They don't have shitty metalcore breakdowns and instead have solos, which is the way it should be. The vocals, despite some people's bitching about it, are really good. And they progressed a shitload from Ascendancy to The Crusade.

The musicianship.You could say,"well you can find more complicated and skilled playing elsewhere",but I love the way that Trivium have put it all together.It's catchy,skilled,and unmerciful in its own way.I love me some screaming music,but I love this style of singing MUCH more than I do AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! 24/7,and I totally agree with Trivium's reasons for not wanting to scream anymore.

To me Trivium is the best band since before Nirvana. Ever since grunge took over the music metal hasn't really been on the air. I like Trivium because they are the one band that could change that with all their talent and passion. They could do it without changing their style. Not only that but they just kick pure 100% ASS!!!!!!!!!

Because they're great and i can jam out to their music.

I fucking love trivium!!! In my opinion, they are the best band ever. I place them on top of the mighty METALLICA and i know that alot of you will disagree and like me name their favorite band instead, so please keep those comments to urself.im the guy who always reads but hardly ever makes posts, and when i do i am so fuckin high and my posts tend to be a bit long. so get ready to read bitches.
They have the perfect sound for me. Like Matt, i grew up listening to rock that was played on the radio. The only actual Metal band i listened to when i was younger was Metallica. I used to fuckin be into rap until i first heard Reload. I was like what the fuck is this. I thought it was the shit and that is the album converted me. I started to listening to their other albums and really got into them and then the other great metal bands. . But i was then sucked into the nu-metal shit.
I'll fucking admit that, yeah i was into korn, limp bizkit, and then even got into most of the shit on the radio. staind, pod, fuel, and even fuckin linkin park. yeah ill take a kick in the balls for that one. i still kept listening to metallica, maiden, and metal. metalcore came along and some bands were good and then came Ascendancy and TRIVIUM.
I fell in love with the perfection of the music. No other band had gotten my atention as much. And i dont know shit about guitar but when im high and blasting the speakers, im in different world. I just love the whole sound and intensity of the music. I had never conected with songs as much and most of the lyrics just hit the spot.
But when i heard The Crusade, I jusst fucking thought it was the bestest shit i had ever heard. To me it was exactly what i had been looking for. They took it to another level and stepped it up. And i love jammin out this this cd whem im high. All the songs are perfect and i never listen to just one song. when i play it i always end up listening to the whole fuckin cd. i get fucking chills with the solos and i really dig how they play. love the emotion they put into the music, especially in ...sadness..., and they way they are set up overall
If they were to really push for radio, i think they will become fucking huge. the songs are so fucking heavy in their own way but also extremely catchy and listenable and have their own feelings to them. and the entire album is fucking kick ass. start to finish.
I can fuckin keep typing and typing , barely sparked up the blunt, but ur prolly thinking about when im gonna shut up. dudes, i can talk about them all fucking day long because i fucking like them so much. im always telling people about them and giving them cd's with triviums music. i burn the singles from ascendancy and only the songs on the crusade that were realeased before album came out. and everyone is liking them. the crusade is all i listen to man. well gotta shut up now.
by the way, im fucking seeing them in San Antonio this weekend. im so stoked about it. Paolo, if u happen to read all this, is there any chance in hell that maybe The Rising can be played live. THats the exact song that i think pictures the way i feel about you guys and what i think about ur music. and the song just eats you up. i know prolly not, but its worth a shot. mmmkay guys, if you read all this shit, you motherfuckers are kool kats and might love the trivium as much as i do, if not more. later hater

I like Trivium because mainly they can use their instruments to make awesome (imo) music. I just can't get over how talented they are. I'm sure there's bands out there, yeah, that are way faster or just do whatever someone else with argue with me about, but I just find them one of the better I've listened to. Metallica will forever be my favorite band of all, but Trivium are right under them. Metallica are obviously the old school, so Trivium are being the new school.
My brother had Metallica when he grew up, I feel like Trivium are going to be the band I grow up with.

What can i say...i love music..but literally every band i listened to before trivium, i only liked half of thier albums ( except murderdolls <3 them )...Trivium was the 1st band i liked which had 2 albums where i liked everything single song....
But since crusade, its all i ever listen too...love the meaning behind the songs...actually makes me think about whats going in the world
