anyone listen to this band? I thought i'd give em a try since i seen em in the metal section at stores and in metal mags. definitely something different... sounds like something from the 60's tho lol.

I saw that awhile ago. Patton is funny. Wolfmother are ok, but there are not metal.

I really dont like them, but they seem to have just exploded from nowhere, well Australia I think, and are constantly getting their videos and stuff played over here!

I have actually never heard them, Kirk Hammett apparently likes them tho..

They are alright....but hardly original, and the fact that they are all over mainstream radio makes their songs get boring very quickly.

well... they definitely are separated from probably every band today lol, unless I haven't came across another band that sounds like the 60's, mabye someone else has heard of another. idk, it's differen't. i d/l'ed the cd it to check it out.

i think the sword are a better version of the 60's era band kind of thing. wolfmother kind of bothers me.
