I've seen some beautiful RG's, and some nice S series, mahogony is an interesting wood for the super strat shape/body. QUOTE(Tama.rockstars.forever)fender or gibson... i can't believe you guys are still wound up on RG's I've always palyed IBanez. I don't know WHY, anyone would want to overspend for sub-par quality. Buying a Fender or a Gibson (at least the newer ones) is about as smart as buying a Marshall M-4.
