    Trivium.org Day 2 Update

    If you haven't yet, please read this post from yesterday detailing how to log in. Taking these steps has solved issues for most users.

    Welcome back to Trivium.org today! Thanks to everyone for their patience. You've been wonderful. I hope I've been addressing your concerns here, in private messages, and through the Feedback tab on the left of the site.

    TriviumWorld/FanClub Issues
    Former TriviumWorld.com member experiencing "upgrade now" or "become a premium member" messages? We believe we've discovered the issue. Turns out we were using an older database which does not reflect renewal status for many of you.

    We should have that database in-hand later today and will process it within 24 hours of receiving it. The above won't solve issues for everyone, but will for most.

    Forums
    The forums have been migrated. We've retained over 400,000 posts from the old Trivium.org message boards and the TriviumWorld.com message boards. Finishing touches are being put on the presentation and the Trivium team will be going through and pruning some things here and there.

    The former TriviumWorld.com forums will only be available to fanclub/premium members. The former Trivium.org boards will be available to everyone.

    "What if I had an account with each?"
    Well, we have done our best to match up accounts based on email addresses. Posts you made at Trivium.org have been linked to your former TriviumWorld.com login.

    If your email address with both sites was different, you're going to have to use your former TriviumWorld.com account only.

    We should be turning the forums on for everyone within a few hours. Barring any unforseen circumstances, of course!

    Customer Service
    We are setting up email addresses for you to contact Artist Arena, the new fan club company. If you have billing, renewal, meet & greet, VIP ticketing, or similar issues, you will need to contact them.

    For all technical issues, please use the Feedback tab at the left of every page on the site or alert one of the web site admins.

It keeps asking me to login everytime I try to view a forum.

wooh=))) forums finally seem to work for me :D

but still i can't get to the specials section, it tells me to login, thought i am, and after i login again it gets me to 'home' saying that i logged in successfully but when i try to get to specials everything goes the same way

me too. same thing. it asks me to log in everytime i try to access forum. and tells me i need to upgrade when i try to get to specials section.

that's weird cos yesterday i could access the specials section and everything was ok

I'm not a member of Trivium World. Are we going to get our own boards back or will we be able to see some of the stuff that's already up there? I'm confused?

I have the same problem, I also have to log in again when I want to view a topic. Is there anything I need to change in my settings or something? Or contact someone about it?

.org forums should be all working very soon, as for the TW content, you will need to purchase a TW membership to view exclusives.

Ok, weird problem here for ya Luke. Whenever I try and view a board like the "Trivium" board (or the Insane Asylum for example) it asks me to log in again, and then takes me to the last post I managed to read (this one for example) I cannot view any other topics other than the most recent one in each category.

fear not! the team are working on it, the forums havernt gone live yet, they will soon once everything has been cleared up.

i think this is inherent with some of the billing issues we are facing in some cases as it may not class your account as premium yet
