Upgrade Messages When You're a Paid Member
As mentioned yesterday, we discovered that the site was running with a slightly out-of-date set of information on who had paid and who hadn't. We now have the correct set of data in-hand and will be processing it shortly. I will make another news post when this is done, but it should resolve this issue for most of you.
If it doesn't, we'll still take care of you.
Many of you are seeing posts from the old forums show up in site activity feeds, but are not able to access them. This is because the forums are imported, but have not been activated for public consumption yet. That you can see them in site activity is a bug, it does not mean you are missing out on anything.
Luke, Laurent, AshesArise, and the rest of the moderation team are working to clean up a few things and will be giving us an update shortly on when the Forums will go live again. We're sorry it's taking a little longer than expected.
Just to repeat: if you had both a TriviumWorld.com login and a membership at the Trivium.org forum, we've done our best to match these up and combine the accounts by using your email address.
If you used different email addresses for each, there really isn't much we can do. You're going to have to pick your TriviumWorld.com account and use that from now on.
Pre-Sales, VIP Ticketing, Other Fanclub Bonuses
Artist Arena, the new fanclub company, will be coming online with us on the site within the next week and will start posting information about all of these items for fan club members soon. We will also have customer service contacts set up as soon as we can.
Again, Laurent and Luke are working with us to get fanclub exclusive videos, audio, and anything else straightened out.
