okay i am SICKKK of all the hype about the band Anvil! a while ago no oe knew about them, then a documentary about a band that has botched things up for themselves for some 20 years comes out and everyone's suposed to feel sorry for them? that's such bull. legions of people jumped on the band wagon of "one of the greatest bands no one ever heard about" really? if they were that great then how come they never got that big? every other band they toured with did. it's cuz they arent even that great to be honest.

hey, idk if i should do this... but... i sat here for like 2 hours trying to figure out the lyrics and i finally, definitely got 'em. I really enjoyed the fact that Matt didn't say what every track was about, this allowed me to discover the story through hearing bits and pieces and then putting them together to finally hearing the whole song. it was a fun ass journey (and a pain in the ass!). if you go to wikipedia and type in "cronus" or "the furies" you understand the story of it.
that being said, this is probably the saddest Trivium chorus of all time imo, because it's through the perspective of his children...

i know this is way early and a pre-mature thread, but since some people have heard some of the leaked songs (i've only heard TBSAC and Insurrection) i figure it would be fun to discuss any way.
my pick would be Torn Between Scylla and Charybdis, cuz it is sooo fukin epic/brutal/melodic/fukn-awesome/Trivium that it would be a kick-ass vid. i can just see every one **spoiler** circle head banging at the very end when the drums come it to the intro/outro riff but with the slower beat (@ 6:17). it would be sooo damn epic.
