In the past, they've emailed a few days prior. You have to go to Will Call and get the passes ahead of time. There will also be a letter in the envelope that says what time the M+G will happen.
All the venues are different. Sometimes there isn't a "will call" so normally there's just an envelope with passes inside it and a letter. Sometimes there's just passes. Watch for the email a few days prior to the concert.
