  your best bet would be to practice alot, so you guys get tigth as fuck!
  when you have twoards 6 song, you need to play alot live. and when i say alot, i mean ALOT!!!
  
  On live playing focus on playing tigth, and use alot of energy (jump around, headbang ect... ) to win the audience on your side.
  
  Remember to take criticism with a smile, and use the bad comments to improve your band, instead of getting depressed
